(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Slightly hazy golden with a tiny rough head. Ligt citrus in the nose. Light body with a weak malt base and again dry citrus before a lightly bitter finish. 220808

Bottle, thx to fonefan. It is a clear, orange-golden beer with a thin lid of off-white bubbles on top. Citrusy and malty aroma with butterscotch. Citrusy on the palate, medium body and flavors of butterscotch. Some bitterness in the finish. A decent citrusy beer, but I would prefer the butterscotch to be removed. Drinkable though. (080822)

50 cL bottle. Pours almost clear yellow with no head. Mild citrusy and hoppy aroma. Flavour is mild mild cornish and light citrusy hoppy with a delicate bitterness. Lingering light citrusy finish. Light golding note too.

maeib (8751) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - JUN 21, 2008
Cask conditioned - handpump - Alexandra, Derby. A copper coloured beer with a white head and lacing. The aroma is thin with some malty hints. The taste has fruity berries. Becomes quite rich. Decent enough.

jerryballoono (32) - Urgup, TURKEY - DEC 10, 2007
500ml bottle. Very bitter hoppy golden ale with a small white head & sulphurous nose, moderate to high carbonation & a sweet aftertaste. Poured slightly hazy.

harrisoni (19171) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - DEC 4, 2007
500ml bottle. Golden beer, lasting thin off white hea.d Nutty. Some earthiness. Very over carbonated. Very harsh. Don’t know what to say. The bubbles make it metallic and hard to drink, the earthy nutty aroma, also doesn’t endear. Stewed rhubarb flavour. Odd aroma. Not off, just not pleasant.

berkshirejohn (6612) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 1, 2007
500ml bottle from Waitrose. Deep copper colour with a thin yellowish head - doesn’t really look like a golden ale; caramel aroma with some floral touches; rather thin and austere in the mouth with more caramel and a dry finish. Uninspiring.

hughie (3996) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2006
Dark golden colour with a white head. The aroma had apples with sweet, floral notes. Pleasant malty taste with some sour fruit. A little hoppiness at the finish. Interesting combinations here.

Ungstrup (38243) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 15, 2006
A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of caramel. The flavor is slightly acidic and quite perfumated.

Bottle. Dark golden colour with a slim white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma. Flavours are fruity, malty and hoppy. Fresh and drinkable ale. Good stuff.
