Bottle. An unclear one, amber in color and with a dense, finger-thick beige head. Rather hoppy nose, lightly cheesy, with some citrus notes and pine cones. Almost toffee-ish maltyness. Full-bodied and soft on the palate, semi-sweet. Some sweetness in the flavor, caramel, piney and citrusy hops and a fine bitterness. Nothing extraordinary going on here, not at all, but at least it’s quite drinkable. Too malty I think. 131231

Bamsen78 (5541) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - NOV 5, 2013
Bottle. Pours hazy amber with stable light beige head. Clear aroma of hops, with sweet notes of malt and caramel, and subtle citric touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with regular citric and grassy notes. Creamy mouthfeel. Subtle but unobtrusive alcohol notes. Bitter aftertaste. A nice beer but not as sweet as the vast majority of Double IPAs I have had.

stouby (4714) - Holbæk, DENMARK - OCT 27, 2013
Bottle at home. Slight hazy orangey, no head. Aroma medium malty (caramel, roasted) and hoppy. Flavor medium sweet, heavy bitter (piney, citrusy, spicy), long lasting. Medium+ body, quite flat.

Benzai (16569) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - OCT 27, 2013
Bottle @ home shared by Joes. Hazy orange color, small off - white head that leaves fair lacing. Smell malts, lightly hops, lightly sweet. Taste malts, some hops but as much as you would expect, lightly a sweet touch and lightly bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Quite decent, not bad at all.

Bottle @ benzai thx to joes. Hazy orange colour with a small to medium sized, slightly lacing off-white head. Smells very sweet, malts, apricot, hops. Tastes very malty, very sweet, some hops, some pine. Too sweet for me. Full body, soft carbo.

PapaVillum (956) - Valby, DENMARK - OCT 24, 2013
---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
