Frisk og lys i smagen, har ikke typiske hvedenoter, men en hel del sødme i eftersmagen.

Foam is coarse and moderate. The scent is fresh and lovely, and reveals the grapefruit immediately. The taste is fresh and refreshing, but does not leave much impression of wheat beer. It is a pleasant mix of sweet elderflower and tart grapefruit, but in a balanced ratio which is refreshing without being either too sweet or too tart. Towards the end you can barely feel a little wheat beer character, but it requires monstrous great attention to notice it. The conclusion is a tasty and thirst-quenching drink, which does not offer any beerexperience at all.

330 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a white head that fades quicly. Aroma is a bit unusually, somehow fruity with wheat. There is also a hint of lemon and elderberry with flowers. Flavor is sweet, slightly fruity acidic, feels a bit artificial with oranges and grapefruit. Not much bitterness, but there is some in a fruity way like grapefruit. Medium to light in body and slightly fruity bitter aftertaste. Strange thing this one, but I like it slightly better than the Skovbær version.

Bottle. It’s an unclear golden-orange body and a minimal-sized off-white head. There’s lots of pink grapefruit in the aroma, leaving little room for whatever else should’ve been there. It’s too sweet on the palate, at least if it’s to work as a thirst quencher. There’s a faint bitterness too, and loads of pink grapefruit. Pleasant carbonation though. Well, I can’t say it’s bad in any way, but it’s very far from my definition of beer. 131116

Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of pink grape fruits. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long pink grape finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

MPA (989) - Amager (form. Nørrebro&Aalborg), DENMARK - NOV 2, 2013
Bottle. Orange with small white head. Heavy grape and elderflower notes in aroma, which transfers to flavour as well. Very fruity, sweet and a little sour and hardly no taste of beer - malts and hops. Refreshing, but not passable as a beer imo. Shandy is what comes to mind.

Maria (10213) - Thisted, DENMARK - AUG 23, 2013
It orange-peach colored with a small head. The aroma has notes of citrus in a peculiar combination with the elder flower, a bit perfumed soap-like. The flavor is super sweet and has the same perfumed soap and other notes in the aroma, it’s very dominant and keeps the taste buds busy a long time after you finished...
