Sample at EBF Copenhagen. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rowan and fruits. Too much carbonation. Light bitter finish.

På fad til ølfestival. klar ravfarvet, intet skum. Meget mild maltet og sødlig i duften, mildt humle og noget rønnebær(hvordan det end dufter) Smager lidt af slikbutik, maltet og let humle. Medium fylde.

++Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen.++ Clear bronze colour, no head. Sweet with clean hard mouthfeel. Light to medium body, notes of spruce and a fruity spicyness. salty bitterness. Too hard in the mouth for any real flavours to come out.

[EBF @ Copenhagen, September 2008] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Clear golden color. Mild rowanberry could be felt in combination with mild floral hoppyness. Also some underlying fruity and hint of malty base. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry texture. Moderated bitter flavor with some counter sweetness. Floral bitter finish.

From tap. Pours slight cloudy and golden amber with a fully gone head. Aroma is malty to light breadish and dry malty base flavour. Slight spiced and dry. Mild spiced and bitter finish. Classic.
