COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blonde and beautiful, crisp and delicious, bursting with revolution. A traditional Czech formulation brewed with three ingredients—German Pils malt, Czech Saas hops and Urquel yeast. Lagered for 7 weeks and worth the wait. Na zdravi to the great beer from Pilsen!

Keg at the brewpub, 10/11/14. Clear pale golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is citric peel, straw, pale malt, faint mandarin. Taste comprises light caramel, vanilla, bready, hint of citric fruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent clean drinking pils.

Great balance between hops and malt. Sky High is really impressing me so far.

UPDATED: SEP 16, 2013 Draft at Belmont Station. Lightly hazed gold with a short white head. Grain husks and sulfuric egg shell aroma with similar flavor. Rough, husky, coarse texture. Concrete mix and dog food and vegetables, lots of browned banana... veggie / pot / cheese / mold hop character... This is supposedly a Pilsner Urquell clone with German malt? Ugh, shamefully messy.

On tsp at sky high - pours out with thin head. Nose of citrus and biscuit. Taste of honey and citrus with slight dry finish. Nice pilsner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
