Keg at the taproom, 10/11/14.
Hazed golden orange with a moderate off white covering.
Nose is bitter orange, mineral tones, light pine, straw, lemon rind.
Taste comprises dank hop notes, pine, orange pith, grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop rinse.
Decent enough IPA, best beer on offer at the brewpub during our visit. bmsulliv (219) - - DEC 10, 2014
Nice cask IPA, could have used a bit more late hop flavor but I liked it. At the brewery Danyel (1606) - Colorado, USA - NOV 3, 2014
Tap at Sky High in Corvallis. Pours hazy orange with white head. Aroma is citrusy, oranges, not too much aroma going on. Taste is very balanced, lots of oranges, not very bitter for an IPA. Overall, not what I’d want when getting an IPA but still tastes okay. Salmoniform (1272) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - NOV 3, 2014
Poured from bottle to glass. Golden hue with creamy white head that dissipated to a thin ring. Aroma is melon, citrus oil, straw. Mouthfeel is decent with a medium light body and crisp carbonation. Taste is dry sweet followed by a strong hop bitterness throughout. Overall this is a decent brew. pdx76 (651) - Portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 9, 2013
On draught at sky high 11/09/13 - pours a clear copper with medium head. Nose of hop, grain, and grass. Taste is initial piney hop followed by sweet malt. This one is quite hoppy.
