Hophead22 (2879) - Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California, USA - JUL 20, 2011
22oz bottle. Rating #23. Dark red with some orange highlights with a small dirty white head. Lots if spice, cinnamon us dominant, and a little something I can’t place. Flavor is pumpkin spice and it lingers for awhile, interesting, just a little too much for me. (1807)

They are not kidding about the spices. This is reminiscent of pumpkin beers but with an added touch of honey that actually adds something instead of cloying like it usually does. If you don’t like this style, this won’t change your mind. Pours almost red in color and is not a winter warmer with the low abv but is a solid beer for the category.

BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - DEC 28, 2010
Bottle of the 2010 batch with a more modern label. Pours with a hazed brown body and a small tan head that fades. Aromas of honey, sour milk, nutmeg, vegetables, cinnamon, sweetpotatoes, and raw grain. Flavors are sweet and sour. Cinnamon, grain, brown sugar, with a sharply acidic (infected) finish. Lactic acid, nutmeg. Like a snickerdoodle cookie with a vinegar glaze. Not pleasant. Lively bubbles. A flawed beer.

fonefan (48790) - VestJylland, DENMARK - NOV 19, 2009
Bottle 650ml.
Clear light medium orange brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, spicy, coriander, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090821]

yngwie (17038) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - OCT 19, 2009
Bottle, shared by Papsoe. It’s a hazy, copper-colored beer with a minimal-sized beige head. Cardamom, cloves, citrus and some caramel in the aroma. The flavor has cardamom and cloves with caramel as a foundation. Citrusy fruityness to give some more complexity. Medium body. Caramel and citrus in the finish. Some obvious hints of infection in this one, but still sort of ok. 090821

2.6
MiP (15650) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 5, 2009
Bottle. Mild Brett aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small head. Buttery flavour, but not fat and unpleasant. More like sourish and buttery and not too bad.

Dedollewaitor (16056) - Odense, DENMARK - AUG 28, 2009

1.8
Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - AUG 27, 2009
It is hazy, orange-brown and the aroma is spicy, slightly fruity and with vinegar notes. The flavour is sour, spicy with notes of citrus and vinegar. Clearly infected.
