33 cl bottle @ home. Pale golden colour, nice white head. Yeasty, fruity aroma, sweet taste. A decent blond beer.

sample, clear golden pour with a white head. nose is weird candy sugar, grass, citrus, slight yeast notice, carbonation, off tasting, wet cardboard, slight peel.

330ml bottle from Verheyde. Pours clear gold, white head. Aroma is sweet yeasty fruits. Taste is overly sweet, syrupy, imbalanced, way too much malt. A pretty poor Belgian blond. Avoided this beer for ages because of the label design. I guess one of the rare examples of rightly judging a book by its cover.

Bottle. Nose is a classic blond profile, yeast, bananas, bubblegum, slight mustiness, floral hops. Taste is yeast, floral, banana, bubblegum, vanilla, wheat very faint hint of sour, beneath a smooth finish. It’s a very nice example of the style.

Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Café, Halifax. Chalked up on the board as ’Nightcap Blonde’. Golden coloured with a small head. Has a mild bubble-gum fruitiness. Very palatable for its strength, which is not too evident.

erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - JAN 2, 2016
Golden body, mostly clear. Straightforward Belgian golden ale with medium sweet aroma of appley malts, very little hop character. Very bubbly body, light acidic end which is a bit odd. It’s an okay Belgian ale, but very little character. 1 in a thousand others available in Belgium. (33cl bottle from Dranken Pauwels)

Lichtgeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en licht zoet. Goed te drinken.

Drunk from 33cl bottle bought from Belgian beer discovery. Hoppy blonde beer. Enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
