Bottled. Hazy orange colour with minor white head. Aroma is spices, yeast and overall very meady thing. Flavour is almost the one of a tablebeer, very sweet and spicy. Hides the 6.4% well, considered it was almost like having some dark Tafelbier...

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Slaapmutske is one of the new, small breweries in Belgium. And then again, actually not, since it doesn’t have it’s own facilities for brewing. Light golden, hazy beer with an impressive head, that collapses very slowly. Apparently a full-malt beer, and therefore without any spices at all. Which is also unusual for a Belgian. Sweet and not very carbonated with a discreet bitterness, that actually makes for quite a harmonic beer. 020704 Beerhunter111 (21976) - P´Castle, GERMANY - MAR 23, 2017

Hazy deep golden color; thick head; nice perlage. Very nice hop aroma, grassy. Smooth in the beginning, dry maltiness later; good balance with the hop. A good Summer beer.
