Orange hazy. Fruity yeasty nose. Dry apricots, malty, some grass. Med bodied, bit astirngent, or tart bittery. Very flavourful. Stone fruits, yeasty spices, dry finish. Flavourful, quite easily drunk tripel.
Proto triple, but unfortunately in the poor sense. Brewed with too much sugar and too filtered. Not dry enough, although spiced well from the yeast used. Alcoholic but admittedly warming. Christmas almost, a little indulgent with its shameless alcohol and light bubble. So yes, a nightcap, although still not necessarily a good beer. Bottle 33cl. Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of citrus fruit peels and malts. The taste is bitter with touches of spices that get stronger in the aftertaste. sir__v (2630) - FRANCE - DEC 22, 2015
Bottle @ home from Geers, Gent - BE. Color: clear golden blond beer with small carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: hint of citrus. Lime and lemon notes. Belgian yeast and caramel malt. Taste: full body of caramel malt with good sweetness and hint of lemon and citrus. Amazing balance. Good yeast finish. Amazing attenuation. Aftertaste: good wet bitterness and belgian yeast. Not so sweet. Very nice beer ! blackisle (2761) - Amsterdam IJburg, NETHERLANDS - DEC 18, 2015
Bottle 33cl. Hazy deep golden, a lot of tiny bubbles, small frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, good lacing; aroma is malty, banana, orange, yeast, dough; taste is rather sharp, medium sweet and bitter, malty, quite spicy, average duration; medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste is bittersweet, herbal and spicy notes, bit husky, alcohol; more than decent Tripel, but too sharpish for my taste.

330 ml bottle. BB 12/06/17. From JefVerstraete (ELS). Bedankt Jef!NikkTwist (3307) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 18, 2015
Cloudy golden color with a small to mid-size foamy white head.
Yeast, mild alcohol, some hops, mild spices, surprisingly also some dark fruits and some malt in the aroma.
The flavor is hops, moderate bitterness, yeast, some bitterness, mild alcohol and some metallic notes. Quite appropriate for a nightcap. I’m ready to pass out...
Draft at Khyber Pass. Hazy gold pour with a thin top. Few splashes of lace. Complex blonde caramel malts paired with spikes of sour amber fruit. Nose is sweet, fruity and perfumey. Juicy, floral and a touch sour. Gooseberries. Vanilla toffee. Unripe pomegranates. Apricots. Nectarines. Hibiscus. Daisies. Blood oranges. White peaches. Lady apples. Coriander. White pepper. Capers. Shortbread. Clementine marmalade. Duck sauce. The nose grows - big time on this one! A pleasant surprise! alex_leit (5025) - Minsk, BELARUS - NOV 16, 2015
