33 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a huge light tan head. Light yeast spiced and caramel malt aroma. Flavour is mainly driven by caramel malt. Some minor fruity accents and a light yeasty note towards the finish. Light bitterness in the finish. Ungstrup (37902) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 13, 2006
A deep red beer - quite unclear due to lots of sediment floating around, under a fluffy but big brown head. The aroma is sweet and very spicy, but also with notes of caramel and fruit - especially peaches and oranges. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of spices (nutmeg and more), caramel, nuts, and wood, leading to a dry spicy end. I find the body a bit thin. joergen (28440) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 7, 2005

Bottled. Ruby with rich head. Banana and almond aroma. Dry and malty with notes of raisin and a fruitiness that lingers on into the pleasant finish. Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 14, 2005
UPDATED: JUN 10, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Dark brown and hazy with a creamy head, which isn’t particularly tall and it fades evenly. Brewed with three different malts and coriander and fermented in the bottle. Full body but not sticky. Lovely aromatic and quite dry from the hops. Actually quite well done. 180104 Beerhunter111 (21501) - P´Castle, GERMANY - MAR 8, 2014
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes röstlichbraunes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, malzig süß, leicht würzig. Geschmack leicht hefig, fruchtig malzig, Gewürze, blumig. fiulijn (20806) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 11, 2007
Beautiful dark amber color, with a big creamy head. A real winter beer, with soft mouthfeel, both the aroma and flavor are based on the sweet caramel, also with some chestnut honey; correct bitterness. Warming, even if too much monodimensional.
