Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy golden/amber coloured brew with an fruity and slightly caramelish taste. Drunk it under its alias Witkap Pater Special, maybe change this entry into Witkap Pater Special?

As Witkap Pater Special. Golden amber colored pour. Small white head. Some lacing. Smells a bit vegetal and off. There is a floral aroma and some malt buried in there though. Taste is quite a bit better than the nose would lead you to believe. Sweet with a floral aftertaste. Not bad.

Clear yellow to pale orange beer, solid creamy white head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, sweet peaches, citrus fruits, even some exotic fruits, little floral. MF: good carbon, light to medium body. Taste: some citrus, cardboar, bit sugary, bitter touch, sourish, bit metallic. Aftertaste: bitter, bit metallic, overall very watery.

Shared 33 cl bottle at Cardinal as the alias Witkap Pater Special. Misty golden body with a fingerthick dense beige head leaving excellent lacing. Spicy clove, belgo yeast notes and herbal tones on the nose. Meaty spicy and light sweet mouth. Light to medium body.

Fra flaske på Cardinaltreff des-12: en syrlig belgisk blondine med højt skum! God balanse og deilig forfriskende. Bør drikkes kold, da den ble litt vammel når temperaturen steg i glasset.

330 ml bottle, as Witkap Pater Special, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.5%. Golden colour, slightly hazy. Pours very fizzy with a hude white head. Pleasant fruity and spicy aroma, "typically Belgian", also notes of kandij sugar syrup. The flavour is spicy and refreshing, not too sweet, but the finish is a bit short. Overall very enjoyable.
