Noté en 2011 Petite bière de Noël sympa qui arrache pas la tête et douce avec une longue amertume en bouche

Idiosynkrasie (7973) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JAN 12, 2013
330ml bottle. Clear pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Hoppy aroma with cautious hints of spice and herbs in the background. Taste is initially slightly watery and minimally strawy, has notes of hay, hints of cooked vegetables, later with a nice herbal note.

Brandman (2962) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 24, 2012
Hazy yellow body, white head. Aroma has toasty malt, cardboard, urinal. Quite light malt flavour, pepper, grassy. Much unwanted flavours, but somehow ok when combines.

Cuso (8935) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - DEC 22, 2012
Bottle from bierzwerg.de. Hazy light golden color with small white head. Light malty aroma. Taste, malt, hints of citrus, very light bitterness in background. Where is Christmas in this beer?

UPDATED: JAN 17, 2013 @ Kerstbierfestival, Essen. Very good pilsener. Starts a bit sweet but nice body and a bitter finish. Refreshing.

Little cloudy pale yellow beer, big aery fuzzy head, bit stable, adhesive. Aroma: hay, stable, grains, bit grassy, some citrus, spices. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: grains, malts, pretty fruity, hay, stable, grassy bitterness, little sweet. Aftertaste: hay, pretty bitter, grassy, still fruity, lemon, tangerines, grains, all-bran. Reminds me a LOT of all the German Helles I recently had on holidays.

July 2008: Oh dear, Tim Webb describes it as possibly the best Pilsner brewed in Belgium. My findings are very diferent. He claims 6%, I claim 5.2%. Choosen from the huge beer list at Cafe Botteltje in Ostend. My beer was out of date and this is not for ageing obvisously, as it was almost undrinkable. OK, only a sado like me would have finished it. A dull old gold colour, with a white head, so it looked OK. The 33cl brown bottle gave off a citrus smell and the beer looked fizzy, please read on. The beer from the list I had before this one, was a murky sludge (an out of date ’Lam Gods’). This beer had the aroma and taste of a lemon cleaning liquid, which came in handy the next day as I cleared up after the sludge fell out of me. A beer that smells and tastes like a toilet block isn’t my normal drink, but you only live once, don’t you?

Aniela (4215) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 12, 2012
From a 33 cl bottle at home in Skövde. Pale yellow clear beer with a small offwhite head. Fruity, hoppy aroma. Citrus, a bit dough and hoppy flavour.

Bottle, thanks to Dazz3. Hazy yellow beer with a white head. Hoppy citrus aroma with bready notes. Citrus flavor, dough, hops, hay. Decent beer.
