First taste doesn’t do it justice, you only ’get it’ towards the end of the beer; dead on its mark as a light, refreshing beer. Of course heavy lager drinkers used to dark beers won’t like it because it doesn’t assult your taste buds. But for the average, summer beer drinker looking for light refreshment; its right on! emmceevee (1) - - MAY 13, 2016 does not count

Such much haters/trolls on ratebeer these days. How can you hate a proud canadian beer like this one. This beer is remarkably clean with all-natural ingredients and even has 2.5 grams of carbohydrates per bottles. it’s the perfect combination when you re in the Queen city eating gravy with grated cheese. It makes you so proud to be Canadian. This beer complex aroma reminds me of the oktoberfest latrine in Munich. The low gravity beer allow you to drink a lot before getting drunk, so you can taste this magnificent beer again and again. Can - Light green apple. Straw with a decent white head. Bit of Apple and mineral notes with a very clean finish. Super light but not offensive. Steinbeck19 (2) - - AUG 22, 2014 does not count
This beer is not designed for your average beer drinker. It is designed for people who may want to enjoy a few beers but without the heartache that one associates with all of the unhealthy effects of a regular beer. If you’re watching your figure, this beer will do the trick. Although it lacks the full effect and taste of lets say, a normal light beer, it doe do the trick.
Do not hesitate to give this beer a try. Once you get a few sips in, and your taste buds adjust, everything will be alright.

Good Canadian style beer. good flavour, good appearance, good pallet, no bad aftertaste. Not as good as honey brown. guil0000 (433) - New Brunswick, CANADA - FEB 20, 2008
For some reason I really like this beer for a light beer. it has a taste unlike any other light beer and I like the originality of it. punkska101 (2036) - Chambly, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 8, 2011
Clear light golden. A: light cereal, a bit of herbal hops not much. F: light watery body finish is sweet and short. O: thirst quenching beer its in style. Braudog (6716) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUL 2, 2005
UPDATED: SEP 7, 2013 Who was the genius to put this in a clear bottle? Typical Canadian import corn-starch aroma. Fizzy white head. Virtually flavorless, albeit altogether inoffensive beer for the masses. Not heinous Aurelius (5335) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - MAR 9, 2005
Mild, somewhat skunky eurolager malt smell. Appearance gets a slight bump for the good bottle shape and the embossed logo. Bland, a little hop zip. Crisp finish, not much body. Perhaps one of the better low-carbs out there, but that’s not saying much. Inoffensive.
