can. Poured clear pale straw coloured with no head. Little aroma and grainy at that. Adjunct grainy flavour for what flavour it has. Very light, average carbonation, no aftertaste. shintriad (701) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 2, 2003
As you would expect, this is beer-flavoured water. That's the downside. The upside is, anywhere you'll find this beer, you're also likely to find a whole bunch of OTHER brands of beer-flavoured water, and at least this is low-calorie. Since most people tend to drink in excess after 8 p.m., you probably should be drinking this kinda crap if you're concerned about weight. Otherwise pop some carb blockers. Unfortunately, real beer is generally packed with what's essentially sugar. Bainer (45) - Windsor, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 31, 2003
Like everyone said- watery. Little or no head, little or no carbonation- tasted and looked like a beer left for a few days. Not worth the low-cal trade off. Skip this one. piscator34 (2529) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 28, 2004
UPDATED: FEB 11, 2004 You might as well drink tap-water. At least it's free and there are ZERO carbs in water. This beer looks fine (for a light beer), and smells ok, but doesn't taste like much. What little flavor there is somewhat like wet cardboard. presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 7, 2004
Gold innocent looking beverage with minimal head. Aroma is faint, slightly off but not offensive. First sip is really harsh as is the finish. It is not "remarkably clean". After that first shock the beer most resembles soda water.

Yeah...club soda covers it quite nicely. I couldn’t even taste anything because it was way too fizzy in my mouth. I don’t know enough to tell what adjuncts are used (corn, rice, etc) but this was not at all worth it. At least Sterling has some taste to it. swiseman (502) - Fredericton, New Brunswick, CANADA - SEP 26, 2004
might be good for spiking punch, but not much else. tastes more like Perrier than beer. If you have to go low-carbohydrate that bad, then you may as well skip beer altogether. Dorqui (2258) - Brescia, ITALY - NOV 22, 2004
Inconsistent, it deprives of character and scents. GoldenSpunky (120) - Rochester, New York, USA - FEB 10, 2005
Bottle of some random year. Every year seems to bad when this "beer" is bottled. The appearance is amazing with a pale yellow that seems to fade as it warms. Pours kinds like giner ale but with no flavor or aroma at all. Cant finish this beer but definitly didnt expect to. But hey look at how many carbs I just cut!..WOW AMAZING 100th beer! Heres to you boys! JRHBrew (367) - Fredericton, New Brunswick, CANADA - FEB 5, 2006
It is incredibly bland. Not much of a beer. For some bizarre reason, I actually kinda like this one.
