Bottle. Ordered this because all but three of the tap lines at The Madison in Toronto were FROZEN in this minus 35 with the windchill weather. Not awful... Flavour is water and light as expected. Not much worse than any other light beer. What's the point really? pootzboy (1823) - Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 23, 2004
A straw colored cardboard- beer flavored soadie pop. Weak in color, taste or true beer character...this is a sodie pop swig fer the kiddies. Mullo (102) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JUN 11, 2005
Nothing speacial about this standard commercial "Low Carb" lager. This means lack of malting and hopping. Average gassing and small head doesn’t do any flavours. Not to much stronger than soda water for my liking... sinkhole (263) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 6, 2009
Pours light golden yellow, with minimal white head. Faint aromas of malts, taste is watery and not very flavourful. No bitterness and very little sweetness noted. Overall Meh. Viper666 (3290) - Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 1, 2010
Bouteille 341ml.

Curiousity killed the taste buds. Friend of mine had a few... why? I'm not sure. These low carb "beers" aren't for beer lovers. Watery and beyond light - almost non-existant. Radek Kliber (7501) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - MAY 2, 2004
Pale gold, decent size head (good job Josh). Celery, garden vegetable like malt. Very light, thin body, finishing with some grassy notes with touch of citric fruit. PilotLibrarian (8) - Ontario, CANADA - MAY 12, 2014 does not count
It’s an ultra light. It’s not terrible if you just want something beer..ish... to drink but it’s not very good. Slick (1969) - Thief River Falls, Minnesota, USA - MAY 17, 2004
Light straw color, small white head that faded quickly. The aroma was cerealish with a bit of lemon and maybe a very mild hop presence.I’m really beginning to hate these low carb brews. There’s no taste really. This one has a light cereal like flavor and mild lemon, but mostly it has a watery taste with carbonation.Very poor brew to even bother brewing. But i’m sure some hillbilly will drink thinking about how there losing weight.Try it once but i don’t think theres any need to punish yourself with more. I have tended to ignore "light" beers, but I decided to tackle this one as I have enjoyed most of the Sleeman offerings as session beers. Plus my wife brought some home and I was trying to be nice. Afterall, she does pick me up some "imported" beers once in a while at the liquor store. WELL? I can’t come up with any new descriptors for how un-beer like this stuff is. Nowhere as good as my beer kit homebrew and only marginally above the non-alcohol brands sold at the grocery store. If you say you like this you are full of crap or a low-carb slappy!!
