COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Remarkably smooth for a full-flavoured beer. Our founder’s intention was to combine the refreshing taste of a German lager with the distinctive taste of an English Ale without blending the two.

Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is light pils and carbonation. Flavour is smooth and light. Finish is just barely bitter.

Bottle at the Mandarin restaurant Burlington Ontario. Almost no aroma, hint of honeyed biscuit. Bland "beer" flavour. Too dull to dwell on. Great Chinese buffet restaurant though.

Pours a foamy white cap of head but doesn’t produce much lacing. Has a golden appearance. Typical wheaty and grainy aromas, light malts and very mild citrus hops. Somewhat distinct corn aroma as well. Mild citrus hops, corn, grains. Slightly sweet in the finish, but nothing too excessive. Light floral hops and wheaty malts as well. Has a slightly oily and slick mouthfeel, average carbonation and is medium bodied. Not too bad Sleeman brew. Goes down real easy, refreshing. Perfect for summer parties.

Got this one with colleagues at Pizzaros. Didn’t know what to take from the limited commercial beer selection. Not bad, faint, lack taste. The usual large distribution common beer.

Underwhelming cream ale. Flavour is pretty mild, but suppose that’s a bit more characteristic of a big brewer.

On décèle également quelques effluves houblonnés…

Bright golden color with moderate activity. Weak 1 finger head that last around 5 minutes, and having faint legs. Flavors of corn syrup, sweet grains, faint lemon and herbal hops. Highly sugary and syrupy, at least not too corny. Light body with prickly carbonation. Light and short finish of thick sugars and roasted barley. Overly accessible and bland. Okay freshness, doesn’t feel too adjunct. Still it’s watery and not enjoyable. Overall bad quality craft.

Pours clear gold with a quick fading white head. Aroma is malt and bread. Taste is mild sweet, mild bitterness with a metallic aftertaste. Not bad but nothing special.

Pours clear pale golden with a finger of white head. Aroma of malt and bread. Taste is bready, malty sweet. Body is light and smooth with soft carbonation.
