Poured up at Sleepy Dog (listed only as ESB) with a copper looking body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up malts, a dash of roasted malts and not much else. The taste is smooth malt sweetness, roasted malts and biscuit malts. It quickly climbs into pretty firm hop flavor and bitterness with a mix of floral and tree shrub like grassy resiny hops. It builds into a nice degree of hop bitterness that’s restrained by the malt bill. Nice hoppy ESB with a smooth malt profile. cubs (10677) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - MAR 23, 2013
Tap @ Sleepy Dog. Pours a clear, dark golden appearance with an off white head. Somewhat spicy, grassy, earthy, light buttery aroma. Slight veggie, chewy malty, light cracker, a touch fruity flavor. Pass. Sublym (78) - Arizona, USA - AUG 10, 2012

On draft at World of Beer. This collaboration beer between Sleepy Dog and The Brew Bros is a nice amber copper color with a earthy and noble hops. It has a nutty character and pretty well balanced. A good ESB.
