COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Green Islands is an unfiltered IPA brewed with oats. The oats five the beer a slightly silky smooth body, and the hops give the beer dank, citrusy, tropical nots. The finish is a refreshing tropical flavor of tangerine pith. A classic IPA with a new school twist.

Can no thanks to Jim, pours a golden color. Notes of fruit punch, booze, old skunk hops, and weird funks. Medium to full body. We all tossed it on the lawn.

Draft at Schatzi’s. Sweet, earthy IPA. Maybe some Aussie hops? Something unusual anyway - maybe it is the oats. A bit nutty and catty. Good.

Tap at Milk n Hops. Bright orange pour, thin white head that dissipates quickly. Nose is pungent grapefruit, hop cones and pollen. Body is smooth and a bit creamy. Peaches, caramel malts and grains. Finish is lighter than expected - not much astringency - but lip smacking and delightful.

On tap at Underground. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Soft citrus, light musk, a touch of green pineapple. Medium bodied fruit, tropical and bright. Slow citrus into the finish. Smooth and easy drinking.

Draft at Cooper’s, Chelsea. Mostly clear golden pour with heavy lacing on the glass. Pine and mango, some grass, and herbal notes. Clean, and a little sweet. Very clean, crisp, and light, but not watery. Soft and a little dry. Really liked the mouthfeel on this one. Nice beer.
