COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Slottskällans Blåkulla är en mellanmörk ekologisk ale med mustig lätthumlad karaktär och måttlig beska. Blåkulla är bryggd på ekologisk malt av typen Pilsner, Münchener och karamellmalt. Humlesorten är Hallertauaroma, även den ekologisk.

Also available as a 4.5 % version in Finland, and ratings of it should go under this 4.8 % original version.

500 ml bottle, rated from backlog. Clear amber with small off white head. Aroma of malt and caramel with some nuts and hops. Taste is grainy with about the same notes. Low bitterness.

(Bottle. 4.5%) Dark amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of toast, orange, apricots, a touch of chocolate, burnt rubber and slightly earthy hops. Malty, fruity taste with orange peel, mandarin, treacle toffee, toast and slightly earthy hops in a finish with a gentle bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Quite nice.
