Kavu (4839) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 23, 2010
Pours quite dark brown with a large head. Aroma and flavor dominated by roasted malts as expected. Very drinkable but nothing special.

sayravai (4710) - Helsinki, FINLAND - FEB 1, 2006
UPDATED: FEB 7, 2006 (Bottled) Clear, dark amber color with a very small head. Dried-fruity, caramely, sweetish-malty aroma. Sourish, a bit vineous, caramely-malty flavor with some Scotch feel. Medium-bodied, quite low-carbonated, slicky palate. A nicely, smoothly caramely brew, but could be fuller in body. I’d place it somewhere between English and Scotch ales, although the brewer calls it a Münchener. ("Slottskällans Wien", May 1, 2004, was 5-4-6-3-13=3.1) Nice, dark red color with a small head. The aroma is malty with a hint of pine - and both sweet and dry. Dry, roasted-malty flavor with a bitter finish. Medium-bodied, oily and dry palate with balanced carbonation. Not bad.

stouby (4666) - Holbæk, DENMARK - JAN 7, 2006
Bottle, at No. 5 (030408). Amber with no head. Aroma moderate malty and hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet and bitter/sour.

SirLimpsalot (4244) - SWEDEN - DEC 27, 2014
@ Basunen 14-12-27: lätt rörlighet både i smak och doft. Små toner av skinka. Lite för snäll. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone ---- Soberness not garanteed!

rauchbier (3892) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JUN 20, 2004
Bottle, DBF 2004. Hazy red, moderate off white head and low condition. Sweet grain with hints of crystal malt and a faint melanoidin note in the nose. Good malty grain, delicate roasty toastiness and toffee in the mouth. Toffee sweet and gently bitter in the finish.

rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 15, 2003
Red/Brown body with a vanishing head. Carmel and roasted malts along with some chocolate in the aroma. Sweet and malty flavor, also a very very mild palate. Quite fine bitterness.

Riktigt trevligt.

3.4
ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 28, 2003
Nice ruby-brown color, avarage white head. Sweet aroma of caramel and chocolate with some burnt notes. Flavour is dry and bready with malty notes of coffee, apples and chocolate. Medium body. Finishes a little bit too sweet with some chemical notes of iron. Also some hoppy notes to keep up balance.

3.1
TET (3035) - Kaarina, FINLAND - APR 24, 2010
Dark brown beer with big and blond head. Flavour is roasted, strongly malty and some rye bread. Flavour is quite similar than aroma, lot of malts, some sweetness and roastiness. Almost medium bodied with quite high carbonation. Typical, dark lager and there are not suprises in this beer.

3.9
pilsnerrogge (2949) - Finspång, SWEDEN - JUL 1, 2002
Ruby reddish brown, firm head. Caramel aroma. Caramel flavor with toffee and chocolate. Dry finish. Nice beer. The name’s been changed to ’Wien’
