COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Fyra sorters humle: Northen Brewer, Perle. Fuggle och East Kent Golding.
Övrig smaksättare: Kanel, ingefära, apelsinskal och nejlikor.

Alkoholhalt: 5,3%

duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 11, 2004
Bottle. Slightly raisiny sweetaroma. A bit flat and sweet, and a little sticky, some toastyness, also got a hint of mint or something aswell, a fairly lightweight Christmas beer, its OK though.

rauchbier (3922) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JUN 22, 2004
Bottle, DBF 2004. Amber bronze, thin off white head and moderate condition. Juicy berries dominate the aroma, sweet in the mouth with hints of malt and a fruitiness that seems like blackcurrant skins, developing into a pleasant bittersweet finish.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2003 Dark clear amber body, no head! Weak nose of malt and chocolate. Aroma of malt, raisins, cinnamon and some hops. Quite different and interesting flavor and a nice christmas brew!

LoveCaissa (873) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 2, 2003
Pretty brown colour, poor head. Very pleasant Christmas Ale with a malty and nutty aroma and flavour. Also hints of caramel (medium sweet). Mild bitter finish. Not very spicy, but definitely pleasant enough!

ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 29, 2003
UPDATED: NOV 8, 2004 Re-rate. Clear brown colour with hints of amber. Creamy tan head. Cocoa, oranges, light chocolate with a small note of spices in aroma. Cardammon, oranges and dark bread in flavour. Almonds and cardammon with hints o sweet oranges in a rather long finish. Much better than last year...

Boystout (1000) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - AUG 15, 2003
Color of copper and brown. Thin lifeless head. Medium to thin body. Too farmaceutic, spicy and herbal. Difficult to drink.

Dalle (1145) - Skørping, DENMARK - MAY 28, 2003
Had two bottles in a row - bad idea! Dark body with small (disappearing) head. The only positive thing about this beer is the spicy aroma. Unfortunately it is too one dimensional in the flavour department. In the end all I tasted was spices with a sharp edge. Not for me.
