COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Fyra sorters humle: Northen Brewer, Perle. Fuggle och East Kent Golding.
Övrig smaksättare: Kanel, ingefära, apelsinskal och nejlikor.

Alkoholhalt: 5,3%

500 ml bottle. Copper coloured and crystal clear. Small white head that subsides quickly. Raisiny raspberry aroma. Crisp bitterness balanced by a gentle roasted sweet maltiness. Hints of chocolate and toffee. Extremely well-balanced. Not partcularly complex, but mellow and smooth. Lovely yule beer.

jacobwennbom (357) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - DEC 11, 2006
Dark, malty, bready and almost yeasty. Spicy as well. Not as much sweetness as theese kinds of christmas beers usually have. There is a fine bitterness in the finnish along with a warming sense of alcohol. A bit thin.

Rune (12770) - Tromsø, NORWAY - DEC 7, 2006
500ml bottle. Deep, copper brown body with declining beige foam. Momentary aroma of anise and caramel. Sweet malty and dried fruity notes in taste. A bit smokey. Highly carbonated and rather anonymous for a julöl (Nordic Sea, Stockholm, 01.12.2006).
