Bottle from Ica, Uppsala. Overall nice lager, not too thin, malty, nice appearance.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light crnish and malty. Light grassy too. Crisp grassy and mild citrusy flavoured. Bitter and dry into the finish. Simple and nice lager.

Inte det bästa jag varit med om från slottskällan direkt även om lager känns som deras starka sida. Torrhumlar vad som finns kvar i flarran med lite humle från Martin och Annas humleodling och det blev bättre. Kräftskiva på g. Lättdrucken var den tydligen för den tog slut fort.
