Bottle - thanks, Martin! Labelled "1301" which I assume is a January 2013 release. Near black with a big beige foam and a smoked caramel and faintly roast ham nose. Dry and roast body, with dark cocoa notes and hints of soy sauce and gravy, bergstaden (3390) - Røros, NORWAY - MAR 25, 2014

Pours reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel and chocolate. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long dry and roasted finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
A really good smell of roasted malt. The taste is not much worse. It is of nuts and roasted malt and chocolate that I at least love. The aftertaste is also wonderful but perhaps a bit weaker and disappears too fast according to me. But still a great beer to drink if you like the roasted malt and chocolate.
