COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Två sorters humle: First gold och Sovereign.

Bottle from some Swedish Systembolaget. Poured a deep mahogany with a this frothy light tan head. The aroma is big creamy caramel malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a smooth earthy malt soft hop spice bitter palate and a long smooth bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. More of a smooth black IPA than a porter a truly awesome. Really liked this.

Bottle - thanks, Martin! Labelled "1301" which I assume is a January 2013 release. Near black with a big beige foam and a smoked caramel and faintly roast ham nose. Dry and roast body, with dark cocoa notes and hints of soy sauce and gravy,

A really good smell of roasted malt. The taste is not much worse. It is of nuts and roasted malt and chocolate that I at least love. The aftertaste is also wonderful but perhaps a bit weaker and disappears too fast according to me. But still a great beer to drink if you like the roasted malt and chocolate.
