Mild chocolate coffee aroma. Black body with a tan half inch head. Rich cocoa and coffee taste. Has lively carbonation but still manages to have a smooth silky feel. Excellent for this style. Ill look forward to having this one again.

Poured from bottle. Great aroma of cocoa and toasted malt. Solid dark with a bit of head. Tasting the chocolate and coffee in equal amounts along with malt, licorice, vanilla and a touch of spice. Maybe a bit on the sweet side for a porter, but nicely done.

Pours a rich dark brown from the tap. I suppose slightly less bitter and full than a stout would be, great rich flavor with lots of dark chocolate richness.
