A decent fruited wheat beer. I’m a sucker for anything raspberry; beers especially. This one wasn’t the best flavored beer out there, but was pretty good. Aroma was nice. Raspberry, with hints of cough syrup and jelly. Pour was a beautiful dark hazy red with a one finger near pink head. Taste was a let down considering the good aroma. Thin and watery with the great carbonation drowning out any flavor on initial sip. When the flavor comes out it is all raspberry, but very muted. Not much else going on. Jack up the raspberry flavor a little and this beer would be fantastic

Bottle at home. Pours dark red, lovely raspberry nose, tart, fruity, but a bit flat and thin, nose brings this up.

Bottle. Red. Smells like raspberries. Unsweetened raspberry with a lot of carbonation. Not very well balanced.

Bottle @ Richard’s tasting. Dark purple pour with a pink head. Sugar, raspberry soda, and popsicles. A touch of grass. Simple flavor. Just pretty much sweet raspberry soda/popsicle. A touch of grass, soda water, and a light tartness.

750 c&c from BottleSelect.com. Pours darkly ruddy with an off-pink head. Aroma is very raspberry - more black than not. Med minus body. Flavor is rather tart raspberry. Again more towards black than red. It’s really dryish, and has a raspberry tartness on into the finish. Goes a bit thinnish, but the flavor isn’t affected.

Tastes like black raspberries. A lot of the original sugars are gone, which gives this a deep fruit taste which doesn’t cling with too much sweetness.

0.75 l bottle. Pink brown colour with a thin redish head. Raspberry, vanilla aroma with a strong fruity raspberry flavour. Medium body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This one poured a ruby red color with a small pinkish head. Aroam was of artificial raspberries and basically nothing else. Flavor was very similar, overly sweet and way too carbonated. Just bad.

750 ml bottle purchased @ Phoenixville, PA. Brewpub location. Color of liquid and head is purple. The aroma is heavy raspberry and sweet sugary berries. The flavor starts fairly sweet up front then turns quickly into a tart, acidic berry flavor. Body is more thin then I was wanting. A touch cloying and very one dimensional. A big letdown, really thought I was getting a bolder more complex beer with this one. Not bad at all just simple.
