Bomber with spookgolds. Ruby brown pour. Raspberry aroma is so strong you can taste it. Tart raspberry, some caramel malt. Sweet, mildly malty. It’s exactly as advertised.... The perfect relaxing, fruity summer brew. Not everything is a stout ! Love it. Could drink a hundred of these on a warm day.

Plovmand (8685) - Grindsted, DENMARK - APR 4, 2012
Bottle. Pours dark reddish with a medium pink head. The aroma is heavy raspberry and sweet sugary caramel. The flavour is bit tart with loads of raspberry. Tart berry finish.

Bottle from H.J. Hansen. Cork was dangerous bullet that got shot out when opened! Small head with short duration. Color is brown.Aroma and taste are rich raspberries, malt, caramel and notes of hops. Nice and sour.

meerbier (1474) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - JAN 12, 2012
[email protected] Black currant and black berries aroma. Dark red colour, pink head, fair lace. Concentrated fruit juice with a beery feeling in the background. Not really bad, but not really beer too.

Voodoo (716) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 3, 2011
A very distinct aroma of raspberries in a very dark, near opaque brew with a purplish head. Expecting a bit more I was somewhat disappointed in the very thin consistency which seem to put it out of balance with the visual look.

Bragesnak (5393) - Aarhus, DENMARK - NOV 29, 2011
From Skjold Burne, Aarhus, DK. Bottled, 011111. Black with beige head. Aroma of malt and raspberries. Flavor with more fruit on roasted malt.

750 ml cork and caged bottle shared by Scott. Poured an deep dark burgundy with a light pink head. Aroma was great with lots of black raspberry, freshly crushed and super juicy, along with some grains. This beer went all downhill after that. The body was super watery and over carbonated, felt like I was drinking a seltzer. The flavor was super watered down, felt like I was drinking a bad soda. This one is all aroma.

chibuck (3521) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 17, 2011
bottle... good looking unique color, super dark purple, like Sangria, purple head... smells really good, reminds me of NG Raspberry tart, a bit too sweet but fresh raspberries a hint of tart and sugar... grr, how did they make this taste so bad, its flat, the front is dead, basically water, a bit of black raspberry but more tart than sweet, you an tell this was a thin wheat terrible pick for a base beer... disappointing but not unexpected

GT (10017) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 17, 2011
Tap at Varga Bar. The pour is a clear jewel ruby with no head. Nose is tootsie rolls/stale plasticy toffee. Taste is tootsie rolls with plastic, big medicinal overtones, sharp metallic, and small bile/vomit acid character. Very poor. Nothing here reminded me of raspberry or even beer for that matter.
