Growler. Light red color with small head. Nice rasberry color and aroma. I understand a lot of fresh rasberries are used in brewing this stuff, hence the $18 growler pricetag. Not too sweet and nott too light but just right. Not a fan of fruit beers but this was as good as any that I’ve had. I put some of this in my Hitachino Sweet Stout and it was great. 77ships (9650) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - AUG 30, 2012
Thx. to Tinus // 75 cl. Bottle sampled @ RBBSG 2012 // raspberry ruby coloured with an off-white head // smells of raspberry jam, some mashed raspberries // this tastes more or less like raspberry jam, which is pretty good for me; yummy, quite sweet, small touches of malt, some syrup, sweet , lots of jam, pretty much what fruit beers should be // med. body katrinaez (1924) - norristown, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 5, 2015
Almost a lambic. Overly fruity. Very good for what they claimed. Would mix well with chocolate vodka or cake...your choice. Had in bottle Lou18 (1353) - West Paterson, New Jersey, USA - OCT 13, 2006
UPDATED: NOV 14, 2006 Cork bottle, pour was purple, huge foamy purple head. Nose was berries, but still under cut by ale. Sweet and refreshing, no trace of the 8%. The carbination carried the fruit to the nose, and the tart finish was great.
Missed some malt in the nose. Damn , still very refreshing, the berries are a pleasant compliment. As this warmed, lots of peper came out on the atip of my tongue, real stong in the after taste. Great fruit brew here folks. whaleman (2178) - North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 3, 2007
Buffy raspberry hue and sudsy dirty pink-beige head.

Aroma of raspberries, sour cherries, and caramel-chocolate.
Moderately sweet with nice dry finishing acidity.
Some palatable texture early on, but dries and puckers in the finish.
This is developing very nicely.
Thanks Dr.Jay, surprisingly good. Think raspberry black tea, not raspberry jelly. Dark raspberry colour with pink head, bit of lace. Aroma, well raspberry. There is bitterness behind the taste, medium mouthfeel. Bukowski9 (129) - Piqua, Ohio, USA - FEB 13, 2010
Bottle pour.Dark red/purple color with a huge pink head, highly carbonated.Aroma was raspberry with faint hop notes and slight cut grass tinge.Taste was strong raspberry with a slight wheat and hop taste. This one was strange because the raspberry taste seemed to come and go from drink to drink, alternating between the hop/wheat/raspberry to all raspberry. All in all it was pretty good, and I look to try more from this brewery. jesperhammer (4727) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 21, 2014
12-JUL-2014, bottle in Kregme, from Kihoskh.
Hazy real with almost no pink head. Aroma is extreme raspberry. Taste is raspberry and darker fruits. Medium body and carbonation. Thin’ish finish. Not a lot of hops. Nice. beerbill (3616) - Laurel, New York, USA - DEC 17, 2006
750 ml bottle. Poured a dark and hazy purple color with fizzy, light purple head. Strong aroma of raspberries. While raspberries were also the dominant flavor, it was not overpowering. No sourness that some others have reported. My wife and I shared this bottle along with some goat cheese and it was an excellent pairing. Light bodied, not at all syrupy or cloying. This bottle was quite enjoyable and I’ll be back for another! spector (906) - Lancaster, Ohio, USA - JAN 16, 2007
Shared at Columbus Tasting V. Black raspberry stood out in the aroma.Poured a reddish color with a pink head.Black raspberry also in the flavor.Very carbonated with a fruity finish.
