COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A medium bodied pale ale hopped exclusively with the recently resurrected Columbia hop variety. Developed decades ago, this variety was passed over at the time in favor of the also newly cultivated Willamette. Columbia has a great piney aroma with a hint of lemon.

Draft at both SF locations. Pours hazy dark straw toward slight amber with off-white head. Nose is piney hops, fruit, spicy peppery. Tastes pale malty, hoppy, with a big fruity flavor matched by resin and peppery notes. I get a growler of this every week, and it is a favorite go-to beer of mine.

Darker golden color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, grass, citrus, tea leaf, pine, and lemon. Taste of herbal, tea, lemon, citrus, and light bitterness in the finish.

On tap at Iron Abbey. Pours light golden with white head. Pine, light fruits, citrus, caramel. Moderately bitter and sweet. Unusually smooth and creamy body.
