Glacier IPA is a big, strong varietal IPA brewed with 100% Glacier hops. Hop notes from brewer Brian O'Reilly: "Glacier is a big, bold, fruity West Coast hop which is not as citrusy as Cascade and has a pleasant minty character." 16.5 OG 100(?) IBUs

Glacier definately has more of a minty herbal character with hints of pine and light citrus. Also a very clean bittering hop- finishes very smooth. Was not sampled very fresh so it probalby would have been awesome last year, but some of the hop flavor and aromas had faded.

On tap at the Sly Fox Brew Pub. Poured a medium and cloudy amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of flowers, some spices and very light citrus. Tastes of the same.

amber color nice lacing on the glass. hop bite at first sip that wasn’t very spectacular because of a watery finish.

Tap. This was pretty much a run-of-the-mill Sly Fox IPA. Very hoppy, pretty bitter, citrusy and piney notes in the flavor and aroma. Overall, delicious, but not unique.

Glacier hops are spicy and yes even minty. Attractive IPA with golden body and pillowy white head. Floral aroma, and spicy flavor. This is only the second beer I’m aware I’ve consumed with glacier hops (other beer was DFH Burton Baton).

Had on draft at grey lodge. Pours an amber color. Bold, spicy. and easy drinking. Reminds me of a hop devil. Very good beer. Will have this again and soon I hope.

An orange appearance. Some faint hop and citrus in the flavor. Nothing going on here at all. This reminds me of Redhook IPA. Nothing else to say. Get the 113 IPA instead.

Phoenixville (tap). Copper color with an off white head. Nice citrusy aroma. Fairly well balanced hop taste. Smooth and easy drinking.

Slightly better hop bite than the athanum, but overall another dissapointment. The body of the beers in the IPA line seems to be a bit weak.

Draft at the brewery. Nice solid IPA. Nice floral aroma. Soft dry finish....
