Draft at Blind Tiger a few months back. Pours straw yellow in color with a fluffy white head. Lighter in flavor than more standard saisons I have had. The addition of wheat to the barley gives the beer more of a cereal grains character. There is a light spice adding to the fresh lively mouthfeel making this beer very refreshing.
UPDATED: FEB 18, 2017 funky floral spicy bready honey yeasty sweet aroma -- flavor has hay lemon rind dough yeast banana juice, some leather and grain -- lively carbonation -- nice balance and palate -- very good overall SarkyNorthener (4568) - West Bromwich (Yorkshire Expat), West Midlands, ENGLAND - SEP 15, 2016

Spicy nose, floral, citrus elements, maybe a little pepper. Pale, clear golden pour with lots of white foam. Very fizzy, light bodied. The yeasty notes persist on the tongue. The wheat gives the beer a soapy / watery mouthfeel reminiscent of, well, wheat beers. The finish is dry, but slightly complex. Pittsburgh Beerfest 2016. Aroma: yeast, pale grain and bread malts, some spices. Appearance: slightly hazy, pale gold, massive, frothy, white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: light sweets coming up quickly, intensify, very malty, bread, caramel, yeast, turning bitter, light citrus. Overall: very nice “Saison” or just Belgian Ale, nice aroma and palate, but missing more intense brett / farmyard flavours. Can from Dark Star brewery, Partridge Green. weordie (1146) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - NOV 22, 2015
Pours cloudy golden with a big foamy head. Aroma is sweet, ripe bananas, orange peel and Belgian yeast. Taste is a little hint of coriander, some Belgian yeast notes and a bit of spice. Fizzy but not too much. Better than I’d expected. jamestulloch (4063) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 30, 2015
Can from BottleDog, Edinburgh. Milky golden body with a thin white head. Lively carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of lemon, wheat and orange pith. Flavour of chalky malts, zingy orange and coriander seed. Dry finish. Medium body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. Grossly overpriced at £7 - how much of that is BrewDog mark-up?
