W aromacie pełne, sporo przypraw od drożdży poparte solidną słodową zbożowością, lekka pestka, brzoskwinia, nieco winogronowe. W smaku rwnież pełne, dość nisko nasycone, mocno przyprawowe, ciasteczkowa słodowość, wszystko fajnie skomponowane, alkohol wzorowo ukryty. Lekkie chmielowe muśnięcie daje kontre potężnej słodyczy. Pijalne mimo mocy. Żaden belgijski browar nie powstydziłby się tego tripla.

Transfer from BA review on 8-20-13- Poured from bottle into a chalice glass Appearance The beer pours a very hazy orange-yellow color with a tiny white head. The head fades quite fast leaving a thin film of white fizzy foam on the top of the brew. Smell The aroma is a biscuit and bready smell mixed with a whole lot of citrus and yeast. The yeast brings with it some smell of spice with coriander, clove, and white pepper. Some musty grain smells are mixed in there too, as well as some light candied sugar and banana. Taste The taste begins with a candied sugar flavor base with a large amount of citrus and yeast. The yeast is rather potent and after the initial hit on the tongue is joined by spice flavors of coriander and clove. Other more subtle spices of cinnamon and cardamom pile on the clove and coriander creating a highly spiced taste. In the end a huge dose of banana hits the tongue along with just the slightest bit of pepper and alcohol, leaving a somewhat thicker, heavily spiced, sweet and fruity tripel flavor on the tongue. Mouthfeel The body of the beer is thick and creamy with a carbonation level that is full with many tiny carbonation bubbles. The thick feel is fantastic for the sweet fruit and malty flavors of the brew, while the higher carbonation suits well the spice flavors of the brew and maintains a very easy drinking feel. Quite nice. Overall This was a rather nice and tasty tripel. Lots of spice and fruity flavors of banana and orange with a rather wonderful feel. This is one that is well worth a try.

Poured from 750 ml bottle. Hazy, golden-straw color with an enormous near white head and loads of thick lacing. Five minutes after the first pour, a lingering head still fills half the glass. Aroma of lemon, bread, spice, yeast, stone fruit and toasted malt. Taste of lemon, tangerine, bread, pepper, other light fruit, spice and toast. Yeast is there too, but it expresses itself in tones of fruit and spice rather than a heavy yeasty taste. Medium body and medium/high carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, caged and corked. Dark golden, this has a towering head of rough and tumble foam that is slow to give up its dead. The aroma is of tropical fruit and a hint of smoke (a seemingly odd but fun pairing). This is a bountiful drink ... pineapple, mandarin orange, and just a twist of yeast. Beautiful. Pour is a hazy yellow with a average white head. Aroma is citrusy bitter with a dry pils malt. Flavor is butterscotch, lemon juice and pear juice. Finish does have some alcohol heat with a bit of candied fruit. I dont know what they were going for here or if this is just a bad bottle(the cork was almost impossible to get off) but this was far from a good triple. No real yeasty esters or flavorful hops.

14-FEB-2014, bottle @Ulklbben meeting, @Michael. Golden, clear with lasting, lacing White head. Aroma is sweet with yeast, spice, toasted malt. Taste the same. Full body, soft carbonation, too sweet. A bit strange but mostly just too sweet.

Draft at Moriartys. Clear amber pour with a splash of foam. Nice spicy Tripel. Full and fragrant. A bit harsh alcohol wise. Tripel notes are proper but simple. Not overly complicated, but a nice full take on the style.

Hazy golden-orange colored body, medium sized white head, spotty lacing. Bready malts, with stonefruit, clove, and light citrus. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, fairly sweet, starts to get cloying after a few sips. Not capturing the style right.
