Spicy. Light body, slight bitter, light malt and touch of light juice. It’s a decent pilsner, easy drinking, but not remarkable.

BeerdedDave (1676) - Beckley, USA - SEP 21, 2015
on tap in Philadelphia; clear, gold color; floral hop aroma; a good, crisp, clean, bitter pilsner; mild citrus hops on a light malt base

Can shared at Max’s place. Traded with trapped. Clear pale gold with a white head. Old grain and yellow grass aroma, old bitterness and some hay in the mouth. Light body, bitter and a little hay finish. Must’ve been good once.

(Can). Had a can while playing golf at Crystal Springs. Pretty decent pills there with some good flavor within the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Beerathon (1683) - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 14, 2015
Slightly hazed yellow pour with appropriate head. German malts and hop character comes through immediately. Fair amount of hop bitterness for pilsner, but entirely welcomed. Crisp and refreshing. Very solid representation of the style.

3.5
Scopey (14505) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 8, 2015
Can from Wholefoods. It pours lightly hazy pale gold with a decent white head. The nose is grassy, spicy, sweet cereal, touch of nougat and white bread. The taste is crisp, bitter, straw, grassy, sweet cereal, creamy aspect and white bread with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Crisp and tasty. A very good lager. Satisfying.

trapped (3086) - New York, TURKEY - MAY 17, 2015
Can. Pours pale yellow with small frothy white head, faintly doughy aroma, crisp malt taste, abrupt finish with a tangy end. It does remind one of Geman beers, but still not too spectacular.

MattShizzle (612) - Bernville, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 5, 2015
Can - from sampler pack. Very light - crystal clear. Mostly clean aroma. A good, hoppy pilsner. Good session beer.

nimbleprop (8280) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - MAY 1, 2015
Bunch of 12oz pours at Lavanga in DC. Pours a murky straw yellow with some creamy, white head. Nose is fairly standard for a lager, yeast, straw, some dough notes, lemon. Flavor is consistent, enough lemony bite to cut through any sweeter marmalade notes, doughy, biscuit. Clean finish.

3.2
stevoj (4960) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAR 20, 2015
Not too bad, but still lacking some of the crispness of the continental varieties. Nice body, et al but falls short
