Can from Premier Gourmet. Hazy pastel orange-yellow, moderate fluffy white head. (3+) Mild aroma is a fairly standard wheat aroma - yeasty, light esters, floral notes to the hops. More bitter than some hefes, seems like there is a touch more hops. The usual banana flavours seem a bit subdued in favor of the hops, which is not my preference. Light grass and wheat notes throughout. Average to medium palate. Its quite pleasant, but its not my favourite weiss either.

12 oz can. Clear straw with a gold tint. Active carb, puffy white head. Dough, lemonade, banana, coriander and pepper. Biting carb with sharp citric yeast and green melon. Lingering spice and crabapple. Grew on me ... a little.

Tap @ Sly Fox. Poured a murky dark yellow with an almost white head. The aroma is mainly banana banana peels. The flavor was smooth and of banana. Cloves came in from the middle to the finish. Too much banana for me.

can. nice cloudy yellow - good amount of suspended sediment. sweet banana aroma. coriander is the dominant flavor but its backed by a light tartness, banana and light yeast. a solid hefe. a great canned beer.

On tap at Phoenixville location...hazy pale orange, yummy clove and orange essences....creamy with a froth on the taste buds, cloves and cream slide through the senses...very easy going, a tasty wheat sensation

A VERY good wheat beer. Cloudy unfiltered beige color with a little head. Very smooth going down and just brimming with banana/clovey/yeasty flavor. Not overly complex, but very full and flavorful. Excelle

Can (12oz). I’ll tell you what, that’s a fine lookin’ wheat! Cloudy orange-yellow, good fluffy-fizzy off-white lasting head (4+). . Rich, estery aroma of banana, light lemon, sweet malt and floral hops - very nice. Taste follows, a little more emphasis on the floral/herbal hops (grassy & fresh), with some apple joining the banana fruit. Fairly thick, chewy body, lightly acidic, great carbonation - finishes crisp and medium-long for hefe - pretty danged good beer! And in a can too.

From the chef at Rouge during the Gary Maddox rib challenge in Philly. Nice flavor from a can. Good aroma. Worth a try.

Pours very thick and hazy, golden orange. Aroma suggests butterscotch, banana, and chlorine. A late hint of honey. Crisp and spicy taste of a pristine standard quality. Wheat, orange blossom and wood. An ample pallet of biscuit malt beneath. A hot bite of green onion and chives at the finish, earthy and a little hot. Traces of prolonged honey sweetness soak in slowly after swallowing. Easy as water to drink. Palate resonates with bitter, herbal spice. Subtly detailed. First rate. Thanks Andrew!
