Pour is a bright cloudy yellow with an average white head. Aroma is lemon juice with some nice yeasty esters. Flavor is a fresh fruit at first then comes some sugar and white wine grapes. Finish is dry and plenty of yeast esters. This was a solid saison. Very fruity and flavorful.

Bottle. Poured champagne color with an abundance of stubborn head. Very carbonated. Very crisp and clean as well as refreshing beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at CK thanks to craftycarl21! Good foam. Sweet pear nose. Estery, bright, mild diaper phenols. Taste is juicy, clean pear. Nice dough and honey bread. Very good. Sweeter saison, could use more hop balance. Still, pretty nice.

GABF 2013. Pours a bit hazy golden yellow appearance with a thin off white head. Fairly spicy, peppery, lemon, light banana aroma. Pretty dry, lemon/orange citrusy, somewhat spicy, grassy, pils flavor. Pretty tasty.

This has probably been on my wants list for 5 years at least. Finally getting a chance to tick this one off. Split with the Saturday afternoon football and beer gang. Pours a light yellow with a big white head. A little more full bodied and sweet than many saison’s I’ve had lately. Nice peppery spice and a dry finish with effervescent bubbly texture.

Thanks Jrob21. Pours hazy golden with nice white fluff head. This saison was full of fruitiness, citrus, clove/spices. Fuller palate than most saison. Fruity finish. Quite nice.

The beer has a nice clear golden color to it with a well carbonated one head and minimal lacing. The smell of the beer has a mellow yeast scent, a small amount of spice and lemon zest that follows. The taste is very earthy with a nice spicey, lemon flavor to it. It also has some minor malty flavor that kind of lingers around tool. The mouthfeel is decent with a clean, crisp, mildly bitter finish that hangs around. Overall, a decent saison but nothing flashy or out of the ordinary.

Serving: 750 ml. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a hazy light gold with a small white head. The nose has light florals, lemon, and yeast notes. Floral on the tongue with a hint of pale malt sweetness and a light grassy bitterness. Light and crisp on the palate with a clean finish. No Dupont, but good.
