An unclear yellow beer with a huge lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet and lovely spicy - especially with cloves and coriander, but also with a touch of citrus. The flavor is sweet citrusy and very spicy, coriander being strongest, as well as having a fruity touch of oranges, leading to a dry spicy end. Nice saison. joergen (27984) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 17, 2008

Draught at Barcade, New Yorkrlgk (18847) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 11, 2014
Hazy blond color. The aroma is lightly spicy (coriander). Medium body strength; the flavor is lightly spicy, but boring overall, confirming that American microbreweries should not brew Belgian styles.
Bottle at Earl of Essex, Lindon. Hazy pale yellow beer with a decent white head. Fruity hop aroma, floral, hay, perfume, grapes, lemongrass, some peach. Sourish fruity flavor, grassy, perfume, mango, some hay. Decent beer. Oakes (17274) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 7, 2008
UPDATED: OCT 3, 2008 Beige, slightly hazy. Slightly funky, with some pedio. Fairly full body, spicy, with a nice firm alcohol finish with herbal hops. This cuts through just a hint of sweetness at the fore, which comes in a little plasticy. Some spritziness moves the body forward. Decent little saison. brokensail (16440) - Dublin, California, USA - JAN 1, 2011
A: The pour is a slightly hazed golden orange color with a huge white head that eventually settles down.
S: A strong aroma of apple and pear. There’s plenty of orange peel, grass, wet hay, and coriander. There’s a moderate malt character to it, providing a bit of lightly toasted bread notes.
T: More sweet fruits such as the apples and pears. A definite bitterness that seems to be from an orange peel sort of flavor. There’s just a touch of sugar along with some white pepper and pale, cracker malts.
M: The body is medium with a high level of carbonation and a slightly dry finish.
D: The peppery note on the flavor and the wet hay aroma are a bit strong, but otherwise this was not bad.
