Pours a hazy straw, with a big white head. Initially strange aroma full of grass, spices, and sourness. Flavor is full of earthy undertones, lemon, grass, yeast, spices. Not the most perfectly balanced saison but certainly a good value.

Bottle at Bulls Head in Lititz, PA. Champagne aroma. Golden yellow body with tall fluffy head. Very crisp, dry and champagne like. Light pale malts, hints of hops well balanced by a slightly spicy yeast. An excellent saison

Hazy golden straw pour with a massive, bubbly, frothy, rocky white head. Spice, yeast, and lots of citrus aroma. Spicy, bitter-sweet lemon and orange peel citrus, and some peppery-notes in the finish. Palate is medium, quite carbonated, and a bit tart. My kind of saison, quite complex, a bit vinous, and overall pretty well-balanced.

Bottle. I also think that this beer is highly underrated. One of the best to come out of america in my opinion as well. The banana flavor is amazing. What a great beer.

Some light sweetness, banana, clove, pepper, grass. Mild funk underneath, bitter finish. Not bad.

Light golden color. Light fruity flavor with a light-medium mouthfeel. Ends very dry and spicy. Good one.

Bottle. Pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color with a sizable white head. A spicy & funky aroma creeps up into your nose, followed by a bit if yeast and some citrusy hops. The favor is very wheaty, with a good bit of the citrus hops and the wonderful funk! Very drinkable.

Very carbonated out of the bottle. Took some time for the big foamy head to come down. Pale milky yellow beer capped by a frothy white cap. Nose is mostly citrus (coriander, grapefruit) and Smarties. Taste is more of the same plus some bitter pith and clove. Palate is much better than what I was expecting (I know, I should go in void of expectations). I was fairly impressed by this.

750 ml bottle. Pours a light yellow with a large, fluffy white head. Nice floral aroma with grassy hints. A good bit of lacing is present. Flavor is slightly sweet, with hints of bubblegum, citrus fruits. Finish is dry and peppery. Very good beer.

2006 Gushing bottle when the cork came out. Pours crispy golden with a huge fluffy white head and coats of lace. Very hoppy, funky aroma with spice, yeast, banana, clove and some barnyardigan. Nice prickly carbonated feel on the tongue with a spicy, dry finish. Very nice saison that I would buy again.
