Yellow pour with white head and lace. Corriander and Belgian yeast aroma. Corriander, brown sugar, and Belgian yeast. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Nice beer. 60minuteman (1683) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 4, 2012
A salmon red color with a good amount of white head. Excellent aroma of flowers, grass, lemon, orange peel, perfume and spice. Tastes more like a summer beer, but good nonetheless. Taste is citrus, yeast and spice. Light body and frothy with a small amount of carbonation. keanex (1799) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - APR 3, 2013

Appearance: The body is a beautifully clear golden amber with a towering white foamy head. The head has decent retention and dissipates very unevenly.
Aroma: The aroma is spot on for what I expect from a saison, dry, spicy, hay, semi-sweet malts, and a touch of citrus. I enjoy this.
Taste: Sightly malty from the start Saison Vos reveals nice subtleties throughout of sweet leaning citrus to a light peppery overtone that lingers through the finish. This is great.
Palate: Full bodied with lively carbonation, slightly sharp.
Overall: This is a great saison, well worth buying again. If this were in cans in 6 packs I would buy it a lot this Summer.
Appears a light hazy gold with mild streams of carbonation coming up to the top. Solid white head does not want to yield to the surronding pressure. Spotty and streaky lacing abound.
Smell is of slight barnyard funk mustiness with apple skin, coriander, pepper, and lemon zest with perhaps just a touch of bananas.
Taste is of the same aromas matched with that slight funkiness.
Mouthfeel is dry with some of the lemony zest and coriander peaking quickly before the dry finish.
This is going to be the shiznit when bottled. Only a few weeks away.

Giant fluffy head. Golden colour. Delicious. One of the best American Saisons. Light on horse and farm, big on drinkability and flavour.

Noses soft in minerals, pepper and delicious saison yeast tartness. Clean. Pours a brilliant crystal clear gold, with a tall holding head in beautiful white. Flavor is fresh and bristling with malt character, delicious pale fruits backed with a nip of alcohols. Pears, almonds and a bit of white grape settle in amongst the peppery yeast. This is excellent. Maybe not quite the depth or hop balance I would want, but otherwise a fantastic Saison.
On tap at Earth. Good looking beer, with a rich white head. Spicy and peppery aroma with some apples and oranges. Dry, fruity taste with lots of spice. Well brewed. keepersj12 (3114) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - JUN 16, 2009
Nice aroma of hay, bread. Slightly cloudy pale amber with a big head. Flavor sweet and then sour. Spices come thru. Great finish. Leafs93 (2293) - Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 17, 2010
Pours a deep gold with a very large frothy white head. Drank out of a tulip glass and there was alot of carbonation of carbonation. Nice aroma of lemon, citrus and spices. Very dry, with a tart taste. The tartness fades away quickly. A very good Saison, currently this and Hennepin are my favorites of this style. zizzybalubba (1862) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - OCT 1, 2011
Sampled at GABF 2011. Hazy yellow pour with a bright white head. Light, funky aroma with a hint of lemon zest. Good well-balanced flavor with little bitterness. An easy drinking saison.
