This new Irish-style red ale, brewed in honor of St. Patrick's Day, is made with British pale and crystal malts and hopped with Centennial (bittering) and East Kent Golding (aroma). Seamus Red is nicely balanced, smooth drinking and has a delightful hop finish. OG 13.0 IBU 22

Draft at Baggataway. Pours a clean amber with creamy white head and spots of lace. Aroma is grain, caramel, nut, toast. Medium body. Sweet with a lot of gainy, nutty flavor. Some light fruit esters. Good for the style but I don’t care much for the style. I could drink a couple of these though.

Red, some malt sweat. Different style than I really liek to drink. Dry and woody. Not my favorite at all.

Dark red, thin foam. Flavor a little too strong and don’t like aftertaste, a bit of a watery finish
