Tap. Clearish light rusty yellow. Dusty grapefruit rind in the aroma, slight candy hop and sweet malt. Old school piney and dusty hop bitterness, some faint candy maltiness in the background. Lighter to medium body with scraping carbonation. can8ianben (1583) - State College, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 30, 2014
Hoppy and hazy, easy to drink. Not as bold as some of their offerings. Good. 60minuteman (1765) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 25, 2014
On tap at the Wegmans Pub. A hop central IPA. Aroma was hop, wheat, citrus, pine and spice. Super bitter backed by floral and piney hop. Fruity notes add a touch of sweet. Not bad. Better than their 360 IPA. DocLock (11112) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 23, 2014
Draft at Wegman’s Collegeville today. Poured hazy medium coppery straw colored with off-white head. Caramel malt and hops in the nose, with a well balanced malt and hop flavor. Not as good as 113 or the varietals. obxdude10 (2378) - Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 22, 2014

Draft at Pottstown. Poured hazy deep golden with off-white lacy head. Nose was New Zealand hoppy, and I understand they used one of the experimentals in this, plus Columbus and another hop or two. The nose was tropical fruit, peppery spicy, pale malt. The taste popped, with up front tropical fruit hops, lemongrassy pale malt, and mid-paate fruitiness and spicy peppery notes. This one is delicious.
This is a really solid IPA I enjoyed on draft at the Wegman’s Pub in Collegeville. It was advertised, as another rater mentioned, as Tail Chaser. The beer poured a bright, light golden color with a minimal white head. The head did leave some nice lacing around the inside of the glass. The nose featured some really nice floral and spicy hops, along with some light caramel and toasted barley tones. The flavors mirror the aroma, with plenty of spicy, dry and bitter hops with some light fruit flavor. The body is balanced by a nice profile of bready, light yeasty and slightly sweet malt. This is a very good candidate for a session IPA, with some billiards or poker involved.

Serving: Cask at Max’s on Broadway. It was labeled as Sly Fox Tail Chaser IPA, but this is the only reference about it I can find on the interwebs. It pours a hazy amber color with a small off white head. Slightly resinous nose. Light citrus and pine on the palate. Light to medium body with a medium, bitter finish. Decent if predictable. boxofrane (2559) - Spring City, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 12, 2013
Draft at Phoenixville brewpub. Pours clear copper with a small white head. The aroma has pine, citrus notes, lightly floral. The taste is medium bitter, a nice orange citrus, light grapefruit, and a spicy finish. tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 1, 2013
Growler pour from Wegman’s KOP. Tap handle said Tail Chaser. Pours a fairly clean gold with one finger of off-white head and soapy lace. Nose of grapefruit, garlic, onion, grass. Medium mouthfeel, fairly sweet with a moderately bitter finish. egajdzis (6776) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 1, 2013
Amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, pine, citrus fruits, and light caramel. Taste of citrus, light pine resin, grass, some sweetness, and a lighter grapefruit finish.
