On tap at Mahars. Poured nice amber with a good head. Aroma is grainy and straw. Flavor is weak IPA, good but nothing jumps up. dberger624 (1028) - Voorhees, New Jersey, USA - OCT 11, 2006
Draft at the Phoenixville Brewpub. Poured a little on the cloudy side. Florally with a dry finish. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - DEC 18, 2005
Pretty good overall, with similarities to a lot of American and british ESB’s in that there is a distinct floral like hoppiness going on in the aroma and flavor. Almost a fruity-like flavor is imparted by the hops. Low to medium hop bitterness and finishes pretty clean. obxdude10 (2324) - Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 10, 2005
Another great IPA from the Project, amber color with a light orange hue, semi-thick off-white head, nice lacing, hoppy nose with notes of caramel & citrus, medium-full body, nicely balanced, moderately hoppy flavor with more notes of orange & pine, dry & bitter finish

On tap at the Sly Fox Brew Pub. Poured a medium and cloudy orange/copper color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of citrus and light pine. Tastes of lemons and orages. Some lacing left on the glass.

Not one of my favourite IPAs. This is hoppy but the balance didn’t seem great, it tasted slightly off, almost lagery. Perhaps I just had a bad pint of it. A bit citrusey, which wa snice, but overall I’m a little surprised to see other people rating this so highly. DocLock (10702) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 19, 2005
Deep copper pour with aroma of hops, heavy citrus (grapefruit), and some melon. Tastes complexly hoppy and malty, with some finishing resiny bitterness and fruity hops, plus a final twang of grapefruit. As with all the varietal IPAs from Sly Fox, this one is complex, balanced, and utterly quaffable. JFGrind (2047) - Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 19, 2005
The willamette hops give this IPA a mild, full bodied and somewhat spicey bitterness. Reminds me of an English Pale Ale and also some of the pale ales brewed in the Pacific Northwest. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 17, 2005
Draught @ Brewery: Very sweet, citrusy scent. Smells delicious. A slight cherry scent. Reddish copper color. Small white head. Good lacing. Good IPA. Citrusy but bitter. Feels good on tongue. Bitter finish lingers for hours. Citrus balance makes it ok for non-HopHeads. Very drinkable. egajdzis (6589) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 16, 2005
Poured a very lightly hazy, copper color with a small, off white head that left no lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, resin, light citrus, and sweet caramel malts. Taste of grass, pine, citrus, and finished with a strong grapefruit hop bitterness.
