750mL Bottle poured at CiderDays 2010. Subtle, lightly sulfury aroma. Pale golden. Sweet, floral, but a bit warm. Effusive and strong carbonation really carries the flavors and the textures. Nice acidity and cleansing, but low on the overall complexity. Cuts fatty, younger cheeses well.
Tap at Draught 55 I always figured I tried this ciders but apparently not until now. Lighter yellow pour. Nose is champagne yeast and tart apple. Tastes of those two items as well as grass, pear, melon. Lively palate semi sweet finish. Not bad Rapunsell (2) - New York, USA - FEB 7, 2016 does not count

Bottle. Typical cider pour, aroma is very mild and pretty basic apple. Flavor is semi-dry, with a nice balance of both sweet and tart apples. Has a slight white wine note, and hints of orange. From a 75 cl bottle shared in Avon NC. Pours a clear pale gold with a scant white head. Champagne-like. Flavors of green and Macintosh apples. Lovely carbonation and mouthfeel.

Piss yellow pour with a short-lasting carbonation sits crystal clear in my glass. Bitter, tannic nose with short-shooting spritz recalls champagne in only the classiest way. There is a touch of sweaty aroma, almost cabbagey, that seems interesting as long as it doesn’t translate in to the taste. Drinks very crisp with a savory, musty note that counterbalances the true apple flavor. Yes, it’s a bit brussels-sprout-y, but the slight degree makes it all OK. This is a complex cider with a festive presentation that creates a satisfying experience. Probably something I would enjoy more in the warmer months, but fun and tasty overall. Bottle at Proletariat prior to heading to Andy’s for New Years. Pours a clear glowing straw gold. Soft fleshy apples on the nose, tart and crisp. Medium bodied, tart acid, warm tangy apples.
