Braudog (6716) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - NOV 11, 2012
Draft at the brewery’s tasting room. Stoic amber color, little carbonation or head. Drinks clean and tight, a simple malt concoction with an interesting little twist in the finish that hints at a slight roasted or herbal addition. I’m sure this will be popular. (#4818, 11/10/2012)

kerenmk (4768) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - OCT 11, 2016
On tap at Beer Run Charlottesville, VA, 10.5.16. 5.8% abv. Taster. Clear light amber-gold. Spicy, candy, caraway aroma, sweet, candy, a little bit of biscuit in the mouth. Light body, quite syrupy, candy finish.

Yorktown, Va - Water Street Grill - on tap. Pours a sparkling medium copper with a tight off-white head. Aroma has a touch of wort, some sweet molasses. Flavor has a hint of caramel, some nectarine sweetness, a bit of syrupy maple sweetness. Mouthfeel has a nice smoothness to it. Very decent representation of a kind of murky, ill-defined style.

Travlr (24875) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUN 14, 2015
Draft. Clear golden amber color, fluffy tan head with good retention and lacing. Caramel aroma. Taste is lightly peppery caramel, light body. Plain.
