Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, yeast and floral. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. It pours a small, off-white head over an almost clear golden body. The aroma has a cellary touch, with quite a lot of Belgian style white sugar. Fruity and perfumed too. The flavor has a little milky sourness, with pale malts, fruityness and some white sugar. Medium body, semi-dry, and with a low level of carbonation. Not a very successful one, feels a bit unclean too. 130510

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2013 Two beers with the same name !!!! The barcode on the bottle is the same, but the crown cap is black or white. HOME 20130303 (33 cl bottle Duvel-type with black crown) A pale ale coloured clear beer with an off-white head. A good head, stick to the glass and stay long. Aroma is caramel, slightly roasted barley, toffee-like, some yeast and a small amount of citrus-like hops. In the taste some sweetness (caramel, toffee), some fruit (marmalade, lychee) and a citrus-like bitter, but also malty bitterness. Nice combination. In the aftertaste some alcohol, bitterness of hops and malt. A dry-bitterness feeling. HOME 20130329 (33 cl bottle Duvel-type with white crown) A different beer as the former!!!! Apparance (2): A yellow, cloudy beer with a thin white foam layer. Aroma (6): some malt, butter, higher alcohols, some fruit (oranje); Taste (6): some malt, fruity (oranje pear, peache), soap-like; Palate (2): full-body of the butter/soap-like tate; Overall (8): not an attractive beer.

Very hazy amber beer, good off white head. Light semi dry palate, a little soft. Bitterish brett flavour contrasts with nice hops - bitterish orange, smooth peach and lesser tropical fruits. A little minerals and then building bitterness. Really nicely joined up and satisfying beer.

Wim (4133) - Weelde, BELGIUM - JAN 20, 2013
hazy golden blonde colored body with a white head and a spicy yeast hoppy aroma a spicy yeast hoppy bitter alcholic taste with a alcholic bitter finish
