For our hopping regime we went with Cascade and Nuggets in the boiling addition. Centennials were added every 5 minutes for the last 30 minutes of the boil. We added Crystals into the whirlpool. Dry hopping was done in both the fermentor after primary fermentation and the bright tank. We used a mixture of Chinook, Nuggets, and Sterlings in the fermentors and whole leaf Centennials in the bright tank.

Earthy hop aroma, pours a hazy golden/brown w carbonation bubles orbiting the glass. Extra hoppy but doesn’t overpower the malt.

Bottle. Amber Gold in colour. Very Hoppy; piney resinous hops. Fruity; orange and grapefruit citrus. Malty backbone; sweet toasted grain malts, caramel. Good hop/fruit/malt balance. Piney and citrusy hop bitterness balanced by sweet malts and caramel. Very bitter finish. Decent. (2011-04-23)

mmargarucci (343) - Basel, SWITZERLAND - DEC 24, 2016
UPDATED: DEC 25, 2016 Bottle purchased in Germany. Drank shortly before expiry. Pours an Amber color little head. Aroma has lots of hop bitterness mainly pine and grass notes mixed with some sugar sweetness and alcohol. Taste is well balanced with a heavy grain profile of caramel sweetness followed by piney earthy hop bitterness and some alcohol notes. Very good

Color dorado, algo turbio, con capa de espuma blanca de dos dedos de grosor (buena retención). Carbonatación a tope. Aroma maltoso y resinoso. Sabor maltoso, con toque cítrico y algo de resina; final amargo (bastante suave). Según la tragas te llega un poco de alcohol, estilo ginebra, lo suficiente como para captarlo y que no moleste. Interesante, aunque me deja algo a medias.

dambor (700) - Berlin, GERMANY - NOV 25, 2016
Pours dark yellow with large head. Aroma: very elegant and balanced aroma of ripe exotic fruit and citrus. Taste: again nicely balanced ripe exotic fruit, citrus, some malty sweetness and a touch of biscuits. Palate is mid-hoppy, ABV well hidden.

From Miguel. In Teku glass. Playing Broken Sword 5. Superb mixing of tropical fruits sweetness with high bitterness and very well hidden ABV (in taste/nose, but you stand up...)
