Bottle Wayne’s market. Aroma very hoppy, citrus, appearance is hazy orange, taste is great with hops, malt and the rye blending perfectly. Some citrusy notes aswell. Very smooth and easy to drink, especially the first few minutes after the pour. Overall a solid new addition to the smutt big beer series. Cunningham (7982) - Halden, NORWAY - MAY 24, 2015
Nice unclear deep orange golden color with a thich off white head. Nice lacing. Nice appearance. What a lovely aroma. WoW. Smooth balanced tropical fruity, pine and grapefruit hoppy. Medium + body. Nice balance between sweetness and bitterness. Average carbonation. Perfect balanced flavor with pine, tropical fruits and grapefruit hoppy. What a lovely beer. Pours a light copper orange with thick off-white head. Dank, piny, resinous, spicy, herbaceous, floral nose is followed by flavours of melon rind, pine, celery, hints of perfume. Perfect mouthfeel for this kind of IPA. Finish is dry, nicely complex and long-lasting; bitter & malty, with continuing grassy flavours. Excellent rye IPA! howlinwlf (26) - Ronkonkoma, New York, USA - JAN 12, 2014
22 oz bottle poured into a .5 litre glass. Thick foamy head that follows the beer down to the bottom of the glass. Wonderful thick orange cloudiness. Bold piney hops citrus and rye flavor really shows its strength at the back end. Great big IPA. Bravo!

First of all, fucking awesome. Pours a hazy orange-amber with a decent khaki head that settles to a thick ring and film, leaving spots and strings of intricate lace. Nose involves black pepper, sweet ripe peach and apricot, orange and grapefruit citrus, some fig and sweet dried fruit notes, and some crusty bread. Fairly sweet, quite bitter. Medium bodied, oily, decent action, with a long fruity and drying herbal spicy bitter finish. One of the best IPAs I’ve had in a while. Great balance, lots of character, does everything well. And rye is always welcome in my IPAs. SamTheBarrel (804) - Vallentuna, SWEDEN - OCT 10, 2013
UPDATED: DEC 20, 2013 650ml bottle, poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Clear pale amber with medium sized frothy beige head, that left a lasting lacing. A pleasant strong aroma of grapefruit, apricots, pine, orange and lemon. Taste of grapefruit, apricots, lemon, orange, honey, spices and a hint of rye. Dry and bitter with a slight sweetness. Medium carbonation and body. Hops and rye two of my favourite things combined, a truly delicious beer. 77ships (9828) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JAN 19, 2014
66 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBWG 2014. Courtesy of & thx! to JefVerstraete. Hazy orange with a white head. Lots of hops in the nose, fruity, orange, grapefruit, touch caramel, citrus, biscuit. Very bitter orange peel upfront, flowers, bitter flowers, orange, biscuit, grapefruit, nicely balanced with a solid malt backbone. Easy to drink, good carb. Very solid beer all over the map. Bomber from Julio’s. Pours out a hazy light orange. Big white head and light bubbly carbonation. Light spicy aromas and flavors. This stuff really dances on the palate. Light and refreshing, but not too light. Light bready-spice finish. Good find - put this in 6-packs please! wlajwl (6813) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - SEP 25, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 28, 2013 Aroma is citrus, rye, mild pine and grassy. The flavor is citrus, light grapefruit, rye, malts, a hint of sugar and a tangy/grassy bitter finish.
