Somewhat hazy medium amber color. Massively dry brett nose with apricots, pears and apple crumble. Low carbonation, tart, modestly dry tons of apricot and brett. Great hop character but not as bitter as I might expect. A touch of oak at the finish. Doesnt have the body of Daily Brett but slightly more complex.

On tap at Elijah Ps - Pours copper / orange with some mild haze. The aroma is buggy and quite rustic with stone fruits, paper, heavy brett and fall leaves. It has a medium crisp body with lots of soft carbonation. The flavor starts with stone fruit, rustic funk, sulfur, leaves and minerals. Really nice.

Nice and hoppy, both in the aroma and taste with just the right amount of funk. Very enjoyable.
