Draft at Capone’s. Pours clear pale yellow with some head that leaves little lacing. nose is hints of lemon with pale malty notes. first sip is nice balance of sweet malt and German hops. finish is clean with with hints of juicy fruits and saaz hops.
Can shared with Jon, clear yellow golden with small white head. Notes of crisp pils malt, lager, wood, toast and grain. Refreshing and bitter at the same time from the saaz . Very nice pils. canary dog (774) - Rutland, Vermont, USA - JUN 29, 2017
Wow, this stuff is really good. Solid and authentic Pils rendering through what appears to be German malts and hops. The hops definitely taste Noble. A very fluffy beer with a fine fluffy head. Rich and smooth at the same time.....like any great German Pils or Hefe. No hints of DMS...another huge plus. This beer is closest to von Trapp Bohemian Pils than any other American Pils I’ve had. Very well done. balloonbuffoon (316) - - JUN 8, 2017
12floz bottle (BBD: 08.23.2017, $1.50), I’m not sure if the same beer as there isn’t an exclamation point in the beer’s name on this bottle (just kidding, I’m sure it is). This pilsner is in the German vein; straw in color and minimal foam, soil and grain aroma that provides a similar earthy, medium-light bodied palate. Tasty pils. trapped (3147) - New York, TURKEY - MAY 31, 2017

Not bad, but I usually like pilseners slightly more crisp than this. Has the honey and a little hint of the hops in the nose, but more of the grain comes through in the flavor. TimE (5816) - Tokyo, JAPAN - FEB 10, 2017
Very cloudy medium golden color. Lots of noble hops, acetone and cream corn in the nose - though it wasn’t horrible. Dry mouth with lots of cereal malt and cream corn. Not bitter enough but otherwise an interesting pils.
