COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle at home. BB 17/10/15. Pours a dark ruby colour with a white head. Aroma is sweet with caramel, red berries, very light medicinal notes. Full body, medium foamy full carbonation. Quite sticky with caramel, strawberry jam, warming booze, toast, light marmalade, nice bitter finish, good balance... Tasty.

UPDATED: FEB 25, 2017 May 1st 2014. Bottle at home. Pours a dark orange to almost reddish with a off-white head. Hoppy aroma, quite sweet and fruity, dark fruits, raisin, malts, a bit of sharp alcohol. Taste is sweet malty with a nice hoppy bitterness. Full bodied. Dark fruits, bit of warming alcohol. Very nice, probably even better if aged a bit. 02/25/2017. Bottle (bb 06/12/14). Pours a clear reddish amber with almost no head. Aroma of sweet malts, caramel, toffee, dried dark fruits. Taste is over moderate sweet and bitter, resiny bitter sweet malty aftertaste. Aging did not do too much for this one. Not bad though.

Pours a copper red color with a light brown head. Aromas of hops, bread and hay, some citrus. Taste is sweet, honey, strong dry-hopped taste and a fresh/bitter aftertaste that has some liquorice in it. A little medicinal. Alcohol is clearly distinguishable, leaving the throat warmed comfortably.
