On tap at bier thirty. Pours out a golden topped with a creamy sand head. Nose is a nice hop mix citrus tropical fruit and some sweetness. Taste is a nice tropical fruit hop and a little wood on the end. Pretty hoppy for a esb I really like it but not ti style.

Deep gold pour, white head. Hoppier than most ESB’s, some citrus and biscuity malt. Flavor is lightly bitter and caramel malt.

Braudog (6763) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUL 3, 2012
Draft at the brewpub. Pours dark copper with an average head. As I drink I can only think that their description is pretty much dead on ... Biscuity malt, citrus. A lot of people would sell this as an IPA, just because that’s what people apparently want. This is a sturdy, drinkable ale, whatever the stylistic label. (#4639, 7/1/2012)
